Glad Tidings Church Inc. located at 1400 Brisbane Avenue, Birmingham, AL 35214 worship services start with a one hour intercessory prayer to the Holy Father while the sanctuary is filled with beautiful worship music to the Lord. Everyone should know we are living in times when much prayer is needed for our community, city, state, our country and the entire world. Afterward we welcome the presences of the Holy Spirit with true worship in beautiful singing exciting music, and jubilant praise rendered unto the Lord of all Jesus the Christ. We give the opportunity for persons to bless themselves, in bringing financial tithes and offerings (You may click on the previous " tithe and offering" link to donate by Cash app) for the work of ministry of Jesus Christ through Glad Tidings Church Inc. After that, you will here a word from the Lord and be fed with revelation knowledge from the Holy Scripture through Bishop Darryl A Johnson. 

We believe that the kingdom of heaven consist of all races or ethinic groups; therefore, YOU are welcome to become a member of Glad Tidings Church. Bishop Darryl A. Johnson believes and operates in the five holy  ministry gifts according to Ephesians 4: 10-13 KJV

"  the Apostle, the Prophet, the Evangelist, the Pastor and the Teacher . The Pastor and ministers also believe and operate in the 9 USA sacerdotal  ministry functions recognized by the IRS code of governmental ministry, " Preaching, Teaching, Weddings, Funerals, Baby dedications, Water Baptisms, Holy Communions, Conducting worship and Administration. 

Times of general worship services are scheduled as follows:

Sunday mornings 

• 9:15am to 10:15am - War Room Prayer "Main Sanctuary"
• 10:30am to 12:30pm - Worship Service" Main Sanctuary"

• 5:30pm to 6:30pm War Room Prayer "Lucille Johnson Chapel" Room 205 (Enter through upper carport door)
• 6:30pm to 7:30pm Midweek (Bible Study) " Lucille Johnson Chapel
